About Us
Richard Coakes has been working in the mortgage industry since 2015. After many years of working in the corporate world he had wanted to break free and create a flexible family business that was agile enough to work around the busy lives of his clients.
Having self funded and passed required Cemap exams with merits and distinctions he worked for a number of years at three very different broker firms to build his experience. During this time he has become a specialist in shared ownership, help to buy, contractor mortgages and everything in between.
With this well rounded experience behind him he founded Richard Coakes Mortgages in 2021.
The company has been structured to provide a flexible service to busy clients. Richard’s industry experience highlighted that often clients are passed from pillar to post internally and communication can often be poor. This will not be the case as here at Richard Coakes Mortgages. You will have and end to end solution with one single point of contact from your initial enquiry right through to getting the keys and moving in.
